"So thankful for Nate's referral! We called Nate because we had some flooding in our finished basement in Swan Valley. He discussed our insurance coverage with us and gave us several referrals, including Idaho Disaster Pros who came out right away and quickly fixed our problem."

"My initial opinion of the State Farm Idaho Falls office was good. To qualify for the drive safe and save discount I was asked if I had a smart phone which I have in a Samsung android. That's all I was asked about the phone. The galaxy 6 smartphone I have cannot download the app to sink the beacon with the phone. Result the beacon cannot be activated or used with my phone and the 10% discount is retrieved. Through no fault of my own I must pay the lost discount. It used to be good business policy to admit mistakes on their part. They should have made the discount contingent on setting up the app/phone/beacon then awarding the discount rather than saying sorry I have to pay for their oversight. Disappointed"
